📌Introduction

🎁Bonuses and Promotions

vlp33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

1. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
2. Welcome bonuses are available to new players completing their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held a vlp33 account, or who have claimed a welcome bonus under a different account, are not eligible for a further welcome bonus.
3. Daily and reload bonuses refresh every 24 hours at midnight Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6). Each bonus offer may have a claim deadline, a maximum qualifying deposit cap, and a maximum bonus cap — all of which will be stated in the promotion details.
4. vlp33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including where it reasonably suspects that a player is exploiting a bonus through irregular betting patterns or in breach of these Terms.
5. Free spins issued as part of a promotion are valid only on the eligible slot game(s) specified in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion. Free spins have an expiry period after which any unused spins and associated winnings will be forfeited.

🚫Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vlp33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

4. Colluding with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in live poker, coordinating bets in roulette, or exploiting known software vulnerabilities.
5. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with vlp33, including misrepresenting your age, identity, location, or source of funds.
6. Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from any jurisdiction where such access is explicitly prohibited, including through the use of a VPN, proxy, or other geo-masking technology intended to circumvent geographic restrictions.

⚠️Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vlp33 excludes all liability for the following:

1. Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if vlp33 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
2. Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, including as a result of technical failures, server downtime, maintenance windows, or events beyond vlp33's reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, or telecommunications network failures.
3. Any third-party content, games, or payment services accessed through or in connection with the Platform, including the performance, availability, or fairness of games provided by third-party studios such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, or Ezugi.

📝Amendments and Governing Law

vlp33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
